In the City of Stonnington, explosivemedia successfully event managed the inaugural ‘sold-out’ Swingin’ Saturday in April 2012. The free matinee and evening concerts transformed the Malvern Town Hall into an Art Deco Swing Club featuring Pearly Shells Big Band and Swing Patrol and a packed dance floor.

explosivemedia delivered the inaugural Melbourne Indigenous Arts Festival 2012 for City of Melbourne. Based at Federation Square, Birrarung Marr, ACMI and ArtPlay, the festival was an extraordinary celebration of Indigenous culture and a richly rewarding experience.

Bentleigh Beat, a new initiative, which explosivemedia produced for the Bentleigh Traders, brought music, dance and song to Bentleigh’s Centre Road in November 2011. Highlights included Wilbur Wilde and Russell Morris.
