Lord Mayor’s Student Welcome(s) 2012

The Lord Mayor’s Student Welcome 2012 filled the City Square with participants in bush dancing, rap, wearable art/fashion, photo booth and information gathering. explosivemedia was event manager for City of Melbourne (CoM). At the end of the day, Gary Lee, International Student and Youth Project Officer, CoM wrote to Russell Field (pictured):

“Hi Russell

Thank you thank you thank you for all your hard work. I really enjoyed working with you and Sarah as you made it too easy to run the event. You made it possible for the volunteers to have a really great time without worrying about the logistics of the day – which is the best outcome we could wish for.

We had great weather ( I assume that comes with the agreement from now onwards), a wonderful crowd and everyone had a blast!”
