City of Melbourne’s Indigenous Cinema Festival is a two-day special event celebrating Indigenous film-makers and performers. explosivemedia was site manager from 2009–2011.

Bayside 2010 Carols in the Park was a celebration of the festive season featuring Kate Ceberano, local choirs, talented soloists plus a massed choir and the Southern Area Concert Band. Over 20,000 attended the free event at Dendy Park, Brighton East on 14 December 2010. explosivemedia was logistics manager.

Working closely with CoAsIt and Melbourne’s Italian community, explosivemedia project managed the day-long launch celebration of Museo Italiano in 2010. The opening, officiated by Premier John Brumby, showcased Italo-Australian performing arts and featured a museum discovery tour developed by explosivemedia. Funded by State government through the Victorian Multicultural Commission.
