Bayside 2010 Carols in the Park was a celebration of the festive season featuring Kate Ceberano, local choirs, talented soloists plus a massed choir and the Southern Area Concert Band. Over 20,000 attended the free event at Dendy Park, Brighton East on 14 December 2010. explosivemedia was logistics manager.

Working closely with CoAsIt and Melbourne’s Italian community, explosivemedia project managed the day-long launch celebration of Museo Italiano in 2010. The opening, officiated by Premier John Brumby, showcased Italo-Australian performing arts and featured a museum discovery tour developed by explosivemedia. Funded by State government through the Victorian Multicultural Commission.

First artwork on the Mockridge Fountain (City Square): 2007 – 2010. explosivemedia installed and managed this temporary artwork – initially expected to be in situ for three months!

 explosivemedia updated the terms of policy, regulations and advice, and developed a new user-friendly format. This resulted in a one-stop site for relevant information.

After examining the marketing resources and achievements over a two-year period, explosivemedia identified the gaps and detailed cost-effective solutions. The marketing plan outlined a pathway for the Northcote Town Hall to deliver its marketing objectives.
